The myTruck mobile app provides our drivers with the following functionalities to optimize the management of the deliveries assigned to the truck:
• Select a truck in case they have multiple trucks assigned.
• Confirm compliance with H&S on the road. Before executing the delivery, the driver is requested to confirm the vehicle’s integrity with H&S road security. This is configurable depending on the country.
• Visualize deliveries assigned to the truck and check delivery details. Drivers can check all the delivery details on any delivery they have assigned ( shipping point, ETO,..)
• Optimal Route tracking provided. Once the truck is loaded, the driver will follow the optimal route provided by the app to the job site.
• Contact Holcim for support. Concrete truck drivers can contact the RMX plant for any urgent, emergency help assistance by a single click on the “Support” button from the app.
• Get notifications. The driver receives real-time updates of the delivery, either real-time cancellation or rerouting.
• Take notes, add comments or add new services. Upon arrival at the job site, the driver can take notes on safety incidents, add additional services defined by the country, and attach photos to the delivery directly in the app.
• The app also calculates the waiting time since the truck entered the job site and the download starts.
• Confirm delivery. Once the unloading is completed, the driver can show the client all the delivery details and the pdf preview before signing.
• Get the signature of the delivery note. The app allows the drivers to get signatures from the customer on the screen or by a code.
• Collect customer feedback. The truck can collect customer feedback easily in the app.
• Collect sampling data as per country requirements.
• Optimal route to return to the plant provided.
• Once the delivery is completed, the app will indicate returning to the plant and the best route to follow.

The new mobile app for drivers will bring several benefits for the ready-mix teams for their day to day operations management:
• Optimize the RMX logistic process by automating some of the activities and moving them online.
• Contribute to increase security on the road through the reminders available in the tool.
• Increase customer satisfaction by providing real-time information about the delivery thanks to the integration of myTruck with MASTERmix.
